Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in API testing using Rest Assured. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of domain-specific workflows, testing methodologies, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated API test suites using Rest Assured.
Validate RESTful services, including request/response formats, headers, authentication, and payloads.
Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand domain-specific requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy development.
Perform integration, contract, and regression testing across microservices and backend systems.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report defects with clarity and precision.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and Testing standards.
