Your Opportunity

Join BeGig as an API Automation Engineer and enable organizations to connect, test, and automate digital ecosystems. You’ll design, build, and maintain automated API workflows that improve system efficiency and reliability.

Role Overview

As an API Automation Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop automated API tests and integration workflows.
• Create reusable scripts for validating REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement CI/CD integrations for continuous API testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams to ensure stable API ecosystems.
• Monitor and optimize performance across integrated services.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in test automation, API integration, or backend engineering.
• Tools: Proficiency in Postman, Newman, RestAssured, or K6.
• Programming: Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• API Design: Understanding of RESTful principles, OAuth, and webhooks.
