As a professional in the role of Location Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with new builders for project approvals (APF). You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing new channel partnerships to broaden the business network. Achieving and surpassing top-line numbers and revenue targets will be a key part of your role, along with negotiating bulk deals with builders to enhance business opportunities and revenue. Your focus will be on increasing market penetration with Super Prime and Prime products while maintaining an average ticket size of 25 Lakhs and above in sourcing. Efficiently managing the entire project approval process to ensure timely approvals is crucial, and you will collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution and delivery. Market trend analysis, competitor evaluation, and adapting strategies for growth and market share will also be within your scope of responsibilities. It is imperative to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements at all times. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in APF (Approved Project Finance) and channel development, preferably within the housing finance industry. A proven track record in executing and managing builder relationships and channel partnerships is essential. Strong relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive sales while meeting or exceeding revenue targets are critical for success in this position.
