Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. 2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline. 3. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 4. Perform initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. 5. Work closely with hiring managers (Clients) to understand their needs. 6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates. 7. Manage the offer process and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires. 8. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
