AP - Inventory Procurement Analyst

As a member of the Global Finance & Procurement team at KCC Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting AP operations across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating invoices for completeness and accuracy before processing - Comparing invoices with Purchase Orders and Vendor Master Records to resolve discrepancies - Verifying the accuracy of invoice details captured by OCR tools - Processing invoices according to defined workflows and handling exceptions with direct ERP posting - Liaising with internal teams and vendors to gather missing information for invoice resolution - Resolving queries and tickets raised by stakeholders for invoice-related issues - Maintaining documentation, audit trails, and compliance with AP processes - Supporting continuous process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and adherence to internal controls - Performing other duties as assigned by management Basic Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (Masters preferred) - Hands-on experience with invoice processing, AP operations, and SAP (mandatory) - Proven customer service experience and query resolution skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage high transaction volumes efficiently - Willingness to work in shifts What Will Put You Ahead: - Experience with ServiceNow, Ariba, S4HANA, Datacap, Infinium, AssetSuite, or Infor M3 - Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Track record of achieving first-time resolution and high customer satisfaction - Strong focus on internal controls, compliance, and process documentation - Ability to identify automation opportunities and improve workflow efficiency In addition to your role responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment that values growth, contribution, and impact within a global finance setting.,
