AP - Inv. Proc. Analyst

Role Overview: You will be part of the Global Finance & Procurement team based in KCC Bangalore, supporting AP operations across multiple regions. The team collaborates to maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, ensuring high vendor and stakeholder satisfaction. Your role offers exposure to global business operations, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement initiatives, presenting an exciting opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities: - Validate invoices for completeness and accuracy before processing. - Compare invoices with Purchase Orders and Vendor Master Records to resolve discrepancies. - Verify the accuracy of invoice details captured by OCR tools. - Process invoices following defined workflows and handle exceptions by directly posting in ERP. - Cancel, reprocess, or return invoices to vendors for corrections as needed. - Gather missing information from internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice issues. - Address queries/tickets raised by stakeholders regarding invoice-related matters. - Maintain documentation, audit trails, and compliance with AP processes. - Support continuous process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and internal control adherence. - Perform any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (Masters preferred). - Experience: - Hands-on experience with invoice processing, AP operations, and SAP (mandatory). - Proven customer service experience and query resolution skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to efficiently manage high transaction volumes. - Willingness to work in shifts.
