AP AR Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Open, monitor, and reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accurate reflection of current liabilities in the creditor's ledger. - Assist in resolving escalated issues from local entities and vendors. - Provide customer service to internal customers and their suppliers by addressing questions regarding systems, policies, and procedures. - Open and maintain customer accounts across various ERP systems and Company Entities. - Update customer files including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. - Verify account discrepancies by investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and customers. - Actively follow up with relevant parties to resolve problematic invoices, including sending periodic reminders to customers regarding disputed invoices. - Report on problematic accounts for internal escalation or customer contact. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciling accounts. - Excellent communication skills to provide customer service and interact with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to investigate and resolve account discrepancies effectively. - Proficiency in using various ERP systems for maintaining customer accounts. - Proactive approach in following up on outstanding issues and resolving them promptly.
