Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Testing Officer, AVP

As an Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Testing Officer, AVP at Deutsche Bank located in Bangalore, India, you will be a part of the Anti-Financial Crime Testing (AFCT) Team responsible for evaluating the design and effectiveness of the firm's control framework to manage Financial Crime Risk and ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies. Your role will involve working closely with the Americas Testing Team Lead to conduct testing across various Deutsche Bank Americas business activities to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and the effectiveness of AFC risk management frameworks. You will be responsible for creating and executing design effectiveness and operating effectiveness test steps, identifying control gaps, and escalating any issues to senior management for further investigation. Your role will also involve advising team members on regulatory requirements, maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, and providing insights on significant risks and control gaps to senior management. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in AFC risk management functions such as AML, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Fraud, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption. A strong understanding of AFC regulations, legislation, and risk management frameworks is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capability to work autonomously and within teams.
