Anti-DDoS Operations

Security Analyst Functional L1 Engineer Security Analyst

Major Responsibilities

- 24 x 7 Shift Operations for Managed Security Services in supporting Anti-DDoS operations.

- Analyze DDoS attacks, engaging mitigation and performing customer notifications

- Troubleshoot issues using defined process and standard methodologies and drive them to closure

- Communicate with customers over phone, email and web portal to ensure issues are handled to their satisfaction

- Handle tickets through the internal tool within committed SLAs

- Working closely with technical staff in different domains to handle cross-functional activities and issues

- Work with ven

dors to resolve internal and customer issues in a timely manner

Technical skills: Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Subneting, Networking / Routing (BGP), ACL, Netflow, IPSEC / GRE tunnels, Good Knowledge in Cyber Security Landscape (including DDoS attack types, vulnerabilities and preventive measures) Candidates with Knowledge in web application vulnerabilities / attacks (OWASP) , Regex, IPS Signatures, python scripting are preferable Candidate should have hands-on in either of the Anti-DDoS products such as Arbor / Radware / Akamai / Cloudflare / Inperva Incapsula / F5, etc. Should have good communications skills (both verbal and written)

Qualifications:

B.E / B-tech or equivalent full time degree. 1 - 3 Years of experience in Network security / Cyber security operations (preferably in AntiDDoS Operations). Should hold an active CCNA / CEH certification / any other security related certification.
