You will be responsible for defining requirements, guiding teams, and delivering successful project outcomes in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation, securing client approvals. Analyze and resolve life insurance and annuity policy values and compliance-related calculations (7702, 7702A, 101f, etc.). Manage product conversions, migrations, and new product implementations. Interface with client actuaries to translate complex business rules into technical requirements. Handle production issue prioritization and resolution tracking. Lead business meetings and collaborate with stakeholders for work intake, prioritization, and progress reviews. Guide and mentor offshore/nearshore teams for effective delivery. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 12 years of experience in US Life Insurance/Annuity domain. Hands-on experience in product conversions and migrations. Strong understanding of annuity products, riders, policy lifecycle, and payouts. LOMA Certification is mandatory. Familiarity with policy administration systems such as Vantage, Ingenium, OIPA, IPAS, ALIP, or EXIGEN. Strong experience in requirements management, use case documentation, and business analysis. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of tax compliance and its impact on policy servicing (TAMRA, CVAT, GPT). Experience with calculations like cash value, death benefit, compliance values. Exposure to external interfacing systems integrated with policy administration platforms. Prior involvement in new business implementations and compliance-driven projects. Additional Information: This position is based in Hyderabad and requires working from the office. Candidates should be flexible to travel as per project needs. Strong communication skills—verbal and written—are essential.
