Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate short videos and motion graphics for social media, presentations, and our digital platforms 
• Collaborate with marketing, and social teams to visualize complex ideas clearly and engagingly 
• Use storytelling and design to support awareness and advocacy around autism and neurodiversity 
• Create original graphics and animations that enhance our brand presence and educational impact 
• Edit, update, and improve existing animated and graphic content 
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment 

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months-1+ years of professional experience in animation and graphic design 
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools 
• Proven portfolio demonstrating skills in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and graphic design 
• Solid understanding of design principles, storytelling, and visual communication 
• Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for purpose-driven work in health tech or social impact 
• Ability to work remotely full-time Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST 
• Weekend availability if required (Sat or Sun)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. AI experience is a major plus.   
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting   
• Verified high-speed WIFI and pass our security and confidentiality requirements   
• Must be able to type no less than 60 wpm
