Animation & Graphic Design Associate (Full-Time | Remote) - Contract Based

Our platform helps families and caregivers access personalized, AI-enabled autism support, and we bring this mission to life through creative, engaging, and purpose-driven content. We’re now looking for a talented Animation & Graphic Design Associate to join our team full-time and help shape our visual storytelling across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and animate short videos and motion graphics for social media, presentations, and our digital platforms Collaborate with marketing, and social teams to visualize complex ideas clearly and engagingly Use storytelling and design to support awareness and advocacy around autism and neurodiversity Create original graphics and animations that enhance our brand presence and educational impact Edit, update, and improve existing animated and graphic content Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Requirements: Minimum 6 months-1+ years of professional experience in animation and graphic design Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools Proven portfolio demonstrating skills in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and graphic design Solid understanding of design principles, storytelling, and visual communication Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for purpose-driven work in health tech or social impact Ability to work remotely full-time Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST Weekend availability if required (Sat or Sun) Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. AI experience is a major plus.
