Animation and VFX faculty

AAFT Online is inviting applications for the position of Faculty – Animation & VFX for its on-site academic team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can inspire learners, conduct high-quality classes, and contribute to the academic excellence of our Animation & VFX Diploma Program.

The role involves delivering engaging sessions, guiding students through practical assignments and project work, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining the academic standards of AAFT Online.

The selected faculty member will play a significant role in shaping aspiring creative professionals by imparting industry-relevant skills and real-world insights. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or a related field, and should have either prior teaching experience or substantial industry experience. A strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing expertise in animation or VFX is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Applicants must be proficient in key software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Fusion, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Additional skills such as familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity, understanding of storyboarding, knowledge of production pipelines, and experience mentoring students will be considered an advantage. We seek someone who is creative, organized, student-focused, and enthusiastic about teaching.
