Android Mobile Application Developer

As a Solution Engineer for Android Mobile Development at our company, your role involves designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform. You will be responsible for implementing clean, smooth animations to enhance the user interface and ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. Your duties will also include maintaining code, writing automated tests, and improving front-end performance by eliminating bottlenecks. Additionally, you will create front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver apps within stipulated timelines is a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to solve complex problems innovatively, deliver quality solutions, and take ownership and accountability for your assigned tasks. Furthermore, mentoring and guiding team members on structured problem-solving and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. - B.E or B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field is required - Strong knowledge of Java, XML, Android SDK, Android Studio, APIs, databases, Material Designs, and Hybrid App Development is essential - Proficiency in JSON/XML parsing, REST APIs, Android UI design principles, offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and natural user interface design is required - Familiarity with additional sensors, open-source Android ecosystem, Google's design principles, and interface guidelines is expected - Experience with code versioning tools like Git, third-party libraries & APIs, creating custom UI controls, cloud message APIs, and push notifications will be advantageous - Ability to think creatively, benchmark, optimize, and translate business requirements into technical specifications is crucial - Solid understanding of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies is essential If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, please share your updated CV with us at swarna.karaka@scienstechnologies.com.
