Android Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Android applications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience and possess a strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Work with outside data sources and API's.

4. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

5. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

6. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

7. Experience with Android SDK, third-party libraries and APIs

8. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

9. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

10. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Android Developer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

2. Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

3. Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

4. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
