• Job Summary:
• We are looking for a creative and confident Anchor, Content Creator, and Video Editor to join our academy’s media team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, on-camera presence, and basic to intermediate skills in video creation and editing. You will be responsible for producing educational, promotional, and social media content that reflects the academy’s brand and engages our audience.
• Key Responsibilities:
• As an Anchor / Presenter:
• Host and present educational or promotional videos for the academy’s online and offline platforms.
• Engage with viewers confidently and clearly deliver content.
• Work with scriptwriters and content teams to understand key topics.
• Maintain an energetic and professional on-camera presence.
• As a Content Creator:
• Develop creative ideas and scripts for educational, informative, or promotional videos.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and short videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with subject experts and marketing teams to plan content calendars.
• Research trending topics to produce relevant and appealing content.
• As a Video Editor:
• Edit recorded raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
• Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, and sound effects as needed.
• Optimize videos for various platforms and formats.
• Manage and organize media files efficiently.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, anchoring, or video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate original ideas for video content.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Basic camera handling and lighting knowledge (added advantage).
