Anaplan Developer

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Total 5+ Years of Experience required.

Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on Anaplan model building experience.

Anaplan Model Builder Certificationrequired;Solution Architect (L3)orMaster Anaplanner Certificationpreferred.

Experience in Revenue Forecasting or Sales Planning (e.g., Territory & Quota, Sales Capacity, Sales Performance, Commissions modeling) is required .

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems using data.

Demonstrated planning and execution skills in previous roles.

Familiarity with project management methodologies, especially Agile development.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution including requirements gathering, proof of concepts (POCs), development, testing, UAT, delivery, and training.

Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.

Collaborate with Integrated Financial Planning and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality data integration and alignment through Anaplan.

Maintain strong engagement with stakeholders by participating in relevant forums, sharing progress updates, and promoting best practices.

Manage and guide a team of developers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining model integrity and adhering to size limitations.

Participate in deep-dive planning sessions to design and optimize key planning areas.

Provide daily updates on project deliverables and timelines.

Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver solutions and resolve issues.

Develop and report on platform quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Support compliance initiatives and adhere to organizational governance and management practices.
