Anaplan Analyst

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

He/She will act as an Anaplan expert and ensure the Platform is suitable for user adoption as per the Business requirements and also compliant with security Alstom standards at all times. He/She will play a crucial role in implementing an architecture that is optimised for performance & storage. He/She is expected to lead/coordinate end to end Delivery on the Projects/demands.

In addition, He/She will be responsible for tracking the users and manage licenses to ensure compliance with the contractual objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Build/maintain & deliver roadmap.
• The candidate should ensure the Projects/work packages are under control. Ensure Precise estimation & planning for Project delivery.
• Build anddevelop Anaplan Data models, ensure an optimal Architecture.
• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to reduce the incidents and stabilise the platform.
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting with comprehensive policies and processes.
• To assess risks to project delivery and plan for mitigation
• Communication with Stakeholders for adequate requirement gathering & feedbacks on the Platform.
• Communication with Editor for open issues and help optimise the platform for long term usage.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, candidate need to be Anaplan Certified. Should be efficient team player with ability to lead a team.

• Minimum 3-4 years of Anaplan Experience and other Planning tools (if any)
• Relevant experience of Anaplan & Advantages of the Platform over other tools.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan Model Building & Best practices of the Platform.
• Minimum Level 1, 2 certified (Model Building), The Anaplan Way.
• Good to have Level 3 Certified (not mandatory)
• Knowledge on ALM and Migration. Should be able to handle issues of Migration of incidents in parallel to Development. Also, handle Data issues during Migration.
• Should be able to articulate the Requirement and build an sustainable long term architecture.

Business

Strong Experience analysing data, information and business processes acumen.
