Your role in testing and quality assurance will involve evaluating systems or software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality, and executing test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets specified requirements and performs as expected. As you navigate through the firm, you will build a brand for yourself, opening doors to more opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply a learning mindset and take ownership for your own development. - Appreciate diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others. - Adopt habits to sustain high performance and develop your potential. - Actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas. - Seek, reflect, act on, and give feedback. - Gather information from a range of sources to analyze facts and discern patterns. - Commit to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness. - Learn and apply professional and technical standards, uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. **Qualifications and Skills:** **Mandatory Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in data quality testing, data mining, and monitoring. - Strong hands-on knowledge of advanced SQL or PL/SQL. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau & others. - Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle, Snowflake, Azure. - Ability to retrieve, analyze, and process data sets using languages like R, Python, SQL, or SAS. - Exposure to data monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace. - Proven experience in managing release teams and capacity planning. - Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements and project needs. - Finding possible improvements to Test Process or Tested Software. **Preferred Skills:** - 1+ years of experience in project management. - Performing functional, system, UI/API tests. - Reporting & Controlling defects. - Experience with test management tools like Jira, HP ALM, etc. - Cooperating with business analysts, developers, and product owners. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication skills to explain methods to technical and non-technical audiences. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information:** Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.
