Job Description

Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME)

The core function is to leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements. The SME will collect, cleanse, analyze, and visualize data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights.
Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Google Analytics.
Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with engineering for automation.
Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:
A Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Data Science, CS).
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in data analytics within an IT/ITeS/BPO/KPO operations setting, with dashboard-building experience.
Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and Google Suite.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are essential.
