Job Description

As a Media Analytics Analyst at our company, your primary role will be to analyze campaign and customer data to draw conclusions, identify implications, and provide actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality of future relationship marketing communications. You will be responsible for the day-to-day analytics for assigned clients, which includes quality assurance of data and reporting templates. Additionally, you will develop and deliver ongoing analytics reports to clients, collaborating with other analytics team members and account management. Your support will also be crucial in internal projects that aim to enhance the analytics practice by implementing analytical tools, techniques, processes, and frameworks. It is essential to have proficiency in at least one analytics discipline and a basic understanding of concepts in others. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze campaign and customer data to derive conclusions, implications, and actionable recommendations - Perform day-to-day analytics for assigned clients, ensuring data quality and reporting template accuracy - Develop and present ongoing analytics reports to clients, working alongside analytics team members and account management - Assist team leads in internal projects to enhance the analytics practice through the implementation of tools, techniques, and processes - Utilize skills in at least one analytics discipline to contribute effectively to the role Qualifications Required: - 1-2+ years of media analytics and insights experience - Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects within strict timelines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction across all levels of the organization - Collaborative nature with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment - Knowledge of various measurement methodologies and their applications - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets - Experience with media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Tableau for data analysis - Ability to query and analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights for media and content optimization - Analyze and correlate media campaign performance with audience data to identify key performance indicators for audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, fan growth, and content analysis You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about research, television, marketing, emerging media, and technology.
