You are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Scientist to join the Research and Development team for the Injectable Division at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Analytical method development and validation of injectable products. - Performing Drug Master File/Literature review and procuring relevant columns and standards for analytical method development. - Developing analytical methods, conducting validation studies, and transferring validated methods to the Quality Control department. - Executing analytical activities, documenting data, and providing approved results to the formulation team. - Developing analytical methods for drug products and analyzing product development batches. - Conducting analytical method validation activities at manufacturing sites and ensuring method transfer to plant locations. - Maintaining laboratory equipment as per Good Laboratory Practices standards. - Calibrating instruments, following Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. - Keeping all relevant documents well-maintained and organized for auditing requirements. Qualifications: - Educational qualification: Masters in Science/ Organic chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Sciences - Minimum work experience: 6-12 years in analytical method development Skills & Attributes: Technical Skills - Extensive experience in analytical method development and validation of injectable products. - Proficiency in various analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, and mass spectrometry. - Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards related to pharmaceutical product development. - Experience with stability testing and forced degradation studies for injectable products. - Familiarity with Quality by Design principles and application in analytical method development. Behavioral Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Project management skills and adaptability to new techniques. - Commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
