Data Analyst - HR Analytics

Key Responsibilities: - Work with Business/Functional leaders to deploy data-driven solutions for solving HR challenges. - Leverage analytical thinking to solve business problems and create impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build in-house analytical solutions and knowledge base to provide fast and on-demand KPIs/Data Insights. - Generate bespoke analytical models to meet business needs. Qualification Required: - Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience. - Post-Graduate in Management with Graduation in Engineering, 6-7 years of experience.
