Role Overview: You will be working at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., a leading multinational pharmaceutical company with a collective purpose of accelerating access to affordable and innovative medicines. Your role will involve deploying data-driven solutions to solve HR challenges, leveraging analytical thinking to create impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build in-house analytical solutions, and generating bespoke analytical models to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Business/Functional leaders to deploy data-driven solutions for solving HR challenges. - Leverage analytical thinking to solve business problems and create impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build in-house analytical solutions and knowledge base to provide fast and on-demand KPIs/Data Insights. - Generate bespoke analytical models to meet business needs. Qualification Required: - Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience. - Post-Graduate in Management with Graduation in Engineering, 6-7 years of experience. Additional Information: As an individual working in this role, key personal attributes include: - Having a knack for working with data and a compulsive need to simplify it. - Presenting your work in an organized and attractive way. - Finding automated solutions for day-to-day tasks. - Enjoying solving problems related to human resources. - Understanding that collaboration is key to achieving the needed solutions.
