Data Analyst - HR Analytics

Role Overview: Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a skilled individual to join their team in deploying data-driven solutions for HR challenges. As part of the team, you will work closely with Business/Functional leaders to leverage analytical thinking, create impactful solutions, and generate bespoke analytical models to meet business needs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop in-house analytical solutions and knowledge base, providing fast and on-demand KPIs/data insights. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Business/Functional leaders to deploy data-driven solutions for HR challenges - Leverage analytical thinking to solve business problems and create impact - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build in-house analytical solutions and knowledge base for fast and on-demand KPIs/Data Insights - Generate bespoke analytical models to meet business needs Qualification Required: - Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience - Post-Graduate in Management with Graduation in Engineering, 6-7 years of experience Technical Requirements: - Knowledge of Human Resource Headcount Analysis, Survey Analysis, headcount forecasting - Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python/R/SQL - Working knowledge of Dashboarding tools like Power BI/Tableau - Ability to create minimal and meaningful presentations to communicate findings - Good experience in data crunching in Excel - Exposure to Data Engineering tools like Airflow and DAG creation knowledge is a plus - Working experience on short-term statistical testing and Machine learning model creation Additional Information: As a candidate for this role, possessing key personal attributes such as a knack for working with data, a compulsive need to simplify it, and a love for solving problems related to human resources are essential.
