Analyst/Sr. Analyst (Technology)

As an Operations Analyst at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide first line technical support for business critical applications. You will be accountable for various day-to-day support tasks including production incident investigations, root cause analysis, incident fixes & implementations, daily BOD/EOD health-checks, and responding to production-related issues and queries. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct production incident investigations and root cause analysis - Implement incident fixes and enhancements - Perform daily BOD/EOD health-checks - Respond promptly to production-related issues and queries - Work closely with the operations manager to ensure high quality and predictability of deliverables - Analyze, communicate, and present technical and system issues to various levels of systems and businesses - Interact extensively with business users and collaborate with development and technical support teams - Build and maintain close working relationships with all associated systems and business teams - Continuously strive to improve operations, reduce downtime, streamline work processes, and adhere to established processes - Be available 24x5 during working days and flexible with work timings/shifts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering - Proven experience in providing technical support for business critical applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, and programming languages - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems We value your dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of our critical business applications and look forward to welcoming you to our team.,
