As an Analyst RMG Capital & Funding at Barclays, you will be leveraging technology & risk expertise to aid Management in effectively understanding and managing the Risk & Capital profile of Global Markets. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal stakeholders across multiple businesses such as RMG, Sales, Trading, Product Control, Credit, Legal, and Ops Control. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and partner across products, functions, and regions to manage capital, funding, and balance sheet activities across Markets - Use technology to build next-gen tools for solving business problems - Assess and develop key critical skills relevant for success in a high-profile front office position - Deal with internal stakeholders within RMG and across various teams including Sales, Trading, Product Control, and Legal Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA from a top-tier Engineering/Business school - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in Risk & Capital tools, methodologies, and Markets risk concepts - Knowledge of derivatives, risk analytics, stress testing, and pricing models - Proficiency in creating Dashboards in Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms - Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel - Stakeholder Management and Leadership skills - Understanding of Regulatory Framework and control frameworks within the bank - Ability to work effectively in a team, take on responsibility, and meet tight deadlines Desirable Skillsets: - Understanding of asset classes including Liquid Financing, Macro, and Credit - Utilize cutting-edge technology to develop tools and automate responsibilities - Experience in Counterparty or Market Risk, knowledge of capital/leverage regulations - Progress on CFA or FRM is preferred This role will be based out of NKP in Mumbai.
