Location Gurgaon (Work from office) Shift Timings US Shift {6:30 pm to 3:30 am and 7:30 pm to 4:30 pm} Job Description Conducting call evaluations and one-to-one feedback sessions to share quality feedback Participating in calibration sessions Establishing a positive work relationship and collaborating with other members of the Voice Quality and operations teams Skills Required Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills (English) Must have basic knowledge of Excel Should be able to connect well within and outside the team and have a problem-solving attitude Should be able to cope with problems and unexpected issues and have the ability to deal with them quickly and efficiently Should be able to work in a group professionally to make sure that the tasks can be completed timely besides working individually Should be responsible enough to report to the office on time Qualifications and Experience Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
