Description

The Analyst, Virtual Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting the Consumer Banking Group by analyzing customer data, providing insights, and assisting in the development of strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer data to understand trends and preferences in consumer banking.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer relationships and services.
Support the Virtual Relationship Manager team in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at consumer banking products.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of consumer banking products and services is a plus.
