Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed 

  financial models

   for real estate investments and developments.
• Support the team in conducting 

  due diligence

   on potential acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
• Perform 

  market research and analysis

   across Gurugram, Chennai, and Hyderabad to evaluate real estate opportunities and risks.
• Assist in preparing 

  investment memos, presentations, and reports

   for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, finance, and legal to support transaction execution.
• Monitor 

  asset performance

   and provide periodic analysis on portfolio metrics.

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience

   in financial modeling, due diligence, and real estate analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in 

  Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

  .
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics in 

  Gurugram, Chennai, and Hyderabad

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
