Analyst - Treasury

As an Analyst - Treasury at Flex, your role involves learning all the processes in Treasury and maintaining records as per the requirement. You will be responsible for journal creation for bank account transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and consolidating funding requests to send to Corp/Regional Treasury for FX conversions. Additionally, you will manage manual documents, maintain trackers with proper approvals, and ensure daily productivity logs are up to date. Your willingness to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines is crucial, and you will be expected to provide timely reports to Team Leaders or managers regarding policy maintenance. Moreover, you may handle other responsibilities or projects assigned by the Team Leader or Management. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and execute all Treasury processes - Create journals for bank account transactions - Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile bank statements against GL - Consolidate funding requests for FX conversions - Manage manual documents and maintain trackers with approvals - Maintain daily productivity log - Provide timely reports to Team Leaders/Managers - Handle additional responsibilities or projects as assigned Qualifications Required: - B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score preferred - Good understanding of MS applications (Basic level) - Knowledge of accounting principles - Strong written and oral communication skills in English - Analytical mindset and ability to work well in a team - Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines In this role, you will receive benefits for your hard work, such as Paid Time Off and Health Insurance.
