Position:

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily technical support to clients for transaction banking products.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to digital solutions.
Manage support requests via email, phone, and video calls.
Collaborate with business and operations teams to resolve critical issues.
Monitor activities and maintain service metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of cash management, ISO 20022, PAIN, PACS, and SWIFT MT.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with host-to-host connectivity protocols is a plus.
