Job Description

Collect, store, and process network data from various sources using SQL and other tools.
Analyze network data using statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and issues.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present network data and insights to stakeholders.
Assist in network provisioning, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with network engineers, technicians, and managers to support network operations and projects.
Document and update network data analysis processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a network or telecommunications environment.
Proficiency in SQL and OO methodology, such as Java, C#, or Python.
Familiarity with network concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, etc.
Experience with network data analysis tools, such as Wireshark, Splunk, Tableau, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
