Analyst - System Admin

As a System Administrator in the Information Technology department, you will be responsible for installing and supporting LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Your role will also involve installing and maintaining network hardware and software, analyzing and isolating issues, and monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. You will be required to evaluate and modify system performance, identify user needs, determine network and system requirements, and maintain the integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. Ensuring network connectivity throughout the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations, designing and deploying networks, and performing network address assignment will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be assigning routing protocols, routing table configuration, and configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. You will also maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers and printers, as well as network servers like file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems. As part of your role, you will administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, Vonage, phones, personal digital assistants, smart phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches. Your qualifications should include any graduation degree and 2-5 years of experience in system administration. You should possess skills in Windows Servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Linux and Unix operating system general administration, XenCenter, VMware, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and the use of general diagnostic, maintenance, monitoring, and related tools. Problem-solving skills, customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, writing skills, disaster planning, and learning skills are also required for this role.,
