As a Treasury Operations Specialist at Group Technology and Operations, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and error-free functioning of Treasury Operations. You will be responsible for a range of key tasks to support the efficient operation of the department: - Error free processing of Interbank / Corporate Foreign Exchange trades - Reconciling all foreign exchange trades with the source system - Ensuring correct contract notes are received for trades executed through brokers daily - Timely reporting of foreign exchange trades to The Clearing Corporation of India as per regulatory requirements - Responding to and resolving queries raised by auditors, providing necessary reports for audits - Monitoring Nostro reconciliation and clearing unreconciled entries - Generating various MIS reports for management - Developing recommendations for continuous improvement and supporting STP and digital strategy - Standardizing, implementing, and updating SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance Your duties will include: - Operations Delivery - MIS & Reconciliation - Regulatory Reporting - Supporting TMO deliverables To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in treasury & market operations in a bank or corporate setting - A Graduation Degree, with additional qualifications like MBA(Finance) or FRM being advantageous - Previous experience in Treasury & Market Ops - Product and working knowledge of Treasury Products and operations - Ability to work well in a team, under tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint, etc. This position is based in Maharashtra, Mumbai and is a full-time role.
