Analyst /Senior Analyst- Sales Coordinator (Corporate Access)

You will be working as part of the Investment Research (IR) team at Evalueserve, a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers to support them on various projects related to deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between the sales team and the investment banking team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. - Assist the sales team in organizing and coordinating conferences, meetings, and events. - Communicate with corporate clients as needed to support sales activities and maintain strong relationships. - Facilitate corporate access by coordinating meetings and interactions between corporate clients and our investment banking team. - Ensure that all corporate access activities are well-organized and meet the needs of both the clients and the internal teams. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation. - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. - Be adaptable and open to taking on additional responsibilities as the role evolves to include more areas of the business. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the team. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/PG with 1+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator/ EA role from India brokerage firms / Investment Bank. - Entrepreneurial operator and an independent thinker. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and collaborative skills. - Ability to clearly communicate ideas and provide solutions.,
