Job Description

The Analyst/Senior Analyst - eCommerce Professional Services will be responsible for contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of CMA CGM eCommerce EDI and API solutions on a global scale. You will work on various eCommerce products such as Schedules, Booking, Documentation, and Tracking. Additionally, understanding the nature of customers" businesses, models, and scenarios will be crucial in tailoring solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their overall experience. You will need to offer the best possible solutions within the CMACGM services and requested timeframes. Investigating and resolving eCommerce-related issues, monitoring technical problem resolution progress, identifying design gaps, proposing enhancements, corrections, and negotiating with relevant stakeholders for solutions will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting training sessions and workshops for internal teams, preparing standard operating procedures (SOP) and user guides, understanding business processes, preparing business requirements, and liaising with various teams will also be key tasks. As an ideal candidate, you should be a University Graduate with a focus on eCommerce, IT, or Business disciplines. A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience is required, with more than 5 years recommended in related fields. You should possess skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis, preparing business requirement documents, conducting user acceptance tests, and meeting deadlines with timely reporting. Being a good team player, collaborator, and customer-focused individual is essential for this role. Moreover, experience in B2B products, customer-facing roles, prioritizing requests, problem-solving, proposing solutions, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders are necessary. Knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI), XML, HTML, transfer protocols, API programming, logistics industry understanding, basic PL/SQL, and Excel proficiency for reporting purposes are advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. The successful candidate should be able to adapt to challenges in the dynamic world of eCommerce B2B and provide exceptional customer support while ensuring a smooth production roll-out plan and post-delivery follow-up with customers.,
