As a dedicated member of the Magna team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of the Concur Travel Request & Expense system across 300 Corporate entities globally. Your responsibilities will include providing 2nd and 3rd level SAP Concur support, collaborating with the vendor helpdesk, executing onboarding for Magna divisions, making configuration changes within Concur, supporting activities related to Concur integration with ERP systems, and training users on expense entry according to Magna IT standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendor support for Cognos Reporting Area, contribute to testing and requirement specification for robotic process automation, and coordinate with internal teams from various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide SAP Concur Support (2nd and 3rd level) and collaborate with vendor helpdesk - Execute onboarding for Magna divisions to Concur - Make configuration changes within Concur - Support activities related to Concur integration with ERP systems - Train and educate users on Concur Expense Entry & tracking - Collaborate with vendor support for Cognos Reporting Area - Assist in testing and requirement specification for robotic process automation - Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams from different departments Qualifications Required: - Business and process analysis experience - Fluency in English, at a business or near-native level - Experience in a client-facing role - Experience with financial & HR applications or knowledge of accounting practices In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will need to have: - 2-3 years of Project Implementation/Training Experience - Experience supporting or using SAP Concur cloud travel management solution - Experience resolving complex implementation issues for customers - Experience working in a multi-cultural and global work environment You should possess the following skills and competencies: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to confidently interact with individuals at all levels, including external vendors - Effective time management and prioritization skills - Strong organizational and planning abilities - Quick adaptability to new systems and processes - Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment Join Magna, a mobility technology company focused on innovation, and be part of a global team that is shaping the future of transportation.
