As an Analyst, Sales Operations at the leading technology company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales platforms and customer-facing tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level technical support and incident management for sales tools, OMS, and Premier Page platforms. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. - Collaborating with IT, operations, and support teams to minimize disruption to business processes. - Educating users and offering proactive support for recurring or known issues. - Working flexible hours, including evening or night shifts, to support global operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical coursework preferred. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support or sales operations. - Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with tools related to customer care, order processing, and sales. - Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
