You are looking for Track and Trace Coordinators with strong skills in tracking, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Must have hands-on experience in track and trace operations. - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication and coordination skills with both drivers and customers. - Ability to manage multiple shipments and resolve issues on the spot. - Familiarity with tracking tools like Skybitz and Samsara preferred. - Excellent attention to detail and follow-up capabilities. - Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software. **Qualifications Required:** - Monitor and track shipments in real-time throughout the shift. - Communicate proactively with carriers and customers regarding delays or issues. - Ensure timely updates and accurate ETAs are shared with clients. - Maintain logs and records of shipment status and incident reports. - Collaborate with dispatchers and customer service to resolve problems quickly. - Ensure all updates are properly documented, and systems are kept current.
