Analyst- Sales Operation

As an Analyst - Sales Operation, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Director - APAC in managing sales and operational tasks in the APAC region. Your role will involve assisting with sales and pre-sales activities, managing sales and operational applications, and providing day-to-day operational support to the APAC sales team. Your direct reporting line will be to the Site Director - APAC. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with sales and pre-sales activities to support the sales team. - Manage sales and operational applications specifically for the APAC region. - Support the Site Director - APAC in daily operational tasks. - Generate reports and maintain accurate sales data in relevant applications. - Schedule meetings with prospects and actively participate in sales and pre-sales discussions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline. - Collect and organize customer information for better relationship management. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in any field. - Strong communication and excellent writing skills. - Effective time management skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. - Proficient in client and data management. - Excellent analytical, presentation, objection-handling, and conflict-resolution skills. - Skilled in networking, relationship building, and detail-oriented approach.
