Job Description

As an Analyst in the Research team at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be responsible for analyzing real estate data across various asset classes in Mumbai. Your primary tasks will include collecting, validating, and analyzing data related to Office, Retail, Residential, and Industrial properties. It will be crucial for you to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the database. You will be expected to provide insightful analysis of real estate trends specific to the city, collaborate with internal transaction teams in Pune, and incorporate market nuances into analytical reports. Additionally, you will be preparing research newsletters, reports, and presentations on different asset classes in the Pune real estate market. Your role will involve supporting city leadership by addressing queries related to data and key market insights. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in business writing, and familiarity with MS Office Suite for data analytics and presentations. Prior experience in real estate research will be advantageous. Your ability to track real estate developments, public policies, and national news will be essential for personal growth and contributing to thought leadership pieces.
