Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the GBSU/REG Team responsible for dealing with processes required to comply with various regional regulations in the OTC Derivatives space, such as DFA, EMIR, HKMA, MAS, MiFID, etc. Your main responsibilities will include carrying out periodic post reporting controls to identify regulatory reporting anomalies, rectifying issues in coordination with technology teams, and managing daily reporting activities for regulators. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and closely follow-up on complex issues - Monitor the production parameters on a daily basis - Identify short-term production priorities and drive production efficiencies - Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence - Address internal and external audits - Monitor and escalate reconciliation/reporting errors and incidents - Ensure reconciliation process is executed efficiently - Continuously identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) ideas to bring in more efficiency across teams - Contribute and implement action items from strategic projects and implement organizational changes - Contribute to team's transformation initiatives - Identify and implement action items from transversal optimization projects/initiatives - Contribute to and influence the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices - Identify and resolve medium to high-level issues - Detect and define process enhancements regularly - Prepare, attend, and contribute to process governance - Train analysts Qualifications Required: - Experience in regulatory reporting or good knowledge of OTC Derivatives products/capital markets (1-5 years) - Ability to understand control framework - Proven knowledge of functional, domain, and operational risk management - Intermediate stakeholder and partner management skills - Clear and concise communication skills - Ability to visualize process enhancements Additional Details (if present): At Socit Gnrale, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in creating a positive impact on the future.
