Job Description

The Human Capital Management division at Goldman Sachs is responsible for recruiting, developing, and rewarding the people of the organization. The teams within this division advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies to help employees progress in their careers, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the firm and its clients. We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, innovative thinking, and intellectual curiosity who are passionate about making a positive impact on the success of our most valuable asset, our people. The Experienced Hire Recruiting Team (EHRT) within the division is focused on identifying, attracting, and recruiting experienced professionals for open roles across the organization. Recruiters in this team are responsible for managing the strategy and execution of hiring, collaborating with stakeholders and candidates, advising hiring managers from role opening to candidate onboarding, and maintaining relationships with executive search agencies. The EHRT team utilizes various sourcing avenues to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates and ensures a healthy pipeline throughout the recruitment process. In addition, recruiters negotiate compensation packages for new hires, stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and provide reports and metrics on recruiting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting experienced hire recruiting for one or more divisions - Understanding job specifications and deliverables of hiring functions thoroughly - Utilizing diverse sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline - Managing candidate expectations and negotiating compensation packages - Developing external contacts to stay updated on industry trends - Providing recruiting activity management reports and metrics - Working on projects to enhance recruiting process efficiency - Maintaining market intelligence to attract top talent Experience and Skills Required: - 8-15 years of experience as a Recruiter/Recruiting Manager - Prior experience in Financial Services or BFSI domain preferred - Proficiency in working with Application Tracking System (ATS) and managing HR databases - Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates, anticipate needs, and provide proactive support - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management Goldman Sachs is a global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm committed to using its resources to help clients, shareholders, and communities grow.
