To excel in this role, you should have 8-15 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Manager, preferably in the Financial Services or BFSI domain. Experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database management is essential. You should possess critical thinking skills, strong analytical abilities, negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively while ensuring quality work delivery. A degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
