Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing marketing plans and initiatives in alignment with cross-functional teams such as sales, strategic sourcing, and product marketing. Your role will involve implementing new product development and launch activities to drive business results. Your key responsibilities will include participating in strategy sessions to identify new industry or product opportunities, partnering with various marketing and sales teams for industry intelligence, developing content that results in lead generation and product sales, and analyzing data regarding customer needs, market trends, product concepts, and competitive evaluation. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing go-to-market and sales enablement tools to launch and promote key product ranges across all media, analyzing campaign performance and effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve response and ROI. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of professional level experience. Knowledge of business analytics, data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, marketing campaigns, content marketing, new product development, market research, marketing channels, and marketing strategy and positioning will be essential. You should also demonstrate competencies in values such as integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
