Analyst - Procurement Operations

Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and follow up on outstanding GR/IR with buyers and vendors - Support business with PR/PO queries, provide information via tickets and chats, and conduct training sessions - Manage vendor master data to ensure quality standards and compliance, collaborate to identify errors - Own and resolve tickets across categories, proactively monitor the queue for action - Enforce monthly and quarterly SOX Controls, Finance Policies, and Documented Procedures - Support Procurement Operations management in daily activities and reporting - Role model Booking values and support team members - Perform ad-hoc tasks related to ProcOps team Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of procurement systems like Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, or similar - Exposure to ERP systems, preferably SAP - Ability to provide scalable solutions for support issues - Proficiency in internal and external systems used - Capability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Make knowledge-based decisions with a good impact and consistency Additional Details: Booking Holdings India is a dynamic workplace where employees are encouraged to innovate processes and enhance team deliverables.
