ANALYST-ORDER MANAGEMENT

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the complete life cycle of the order, starting from receiving the orders, assigning them to the composition team, monitoring the execution, and ensuring that the end product is delivered in a timely manner with the highest quality. Your primary responsibilities include continuous interaction with the clients and the vendors based out of the United States. - Perform feasibility checks and provide estimates with suggestions for projects that are current and in the pipeline. - Be a proactive problem solver who understands and properly interprets the clients" requirements and tracks the order system. - Compile and send status and completion reports and hold status calls with the vendors. - Prioritize jobs according to complexities and deadlines and ensure systematic distribution of work among the team. - Show exceptional handling of MS Office Suite, CRM & Web Based Applications. Qualification Required: - Experienced in Operations or fresher with excellent analytical and communication skills. - Sound knowledge in MS Office. - Swift hand on the keyboard is preferable.,
