As a Graphic Designer - Analyst within the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at the S&C Global Network, you will be involved in assisting clients from diverse industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to devise innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding clients in managing organizational change and ensuring a seamless transition process. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Crafting intuitive learner experiences based on client and business requirements, proposing and implementing effective training solutions. - Providing support throughout all stages of development, integration, and deployment processes. - Independently designing, visualizing, and executing various media projects of any complexity level, overseeing all design projects as the lead from inception to delivery. - Creating high-quality graphics/media (UI, graphics, illustrations, and animations) and ensuring top-notch design standards for intricate projects and demonstration samples. - Conceptualizing creative ideas and instructional media based on storyboards/creative briefs. - Collaborating with communication consultants and instructional designers to conceptualize graphics. - Upholding graphic standards, guidelines, and project checklists. - Demonstrating a results-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities within a diverse, multicultural setting. - Showcasing excellent business acumen. Your professional and technical skills should include: - Proficiency in design tools encompassing eLearning, motion graphics, marketing communication, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Audition. - Familiarity with content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, and other performance support tools. - Aptitude for creating videos using rapid video authoring tools such as Vyond, Video Scribe, and Powtoon. Additional qualifications and information: - Preferably a Graduate/Postgraduate with a specialization in Graphic Design. - Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in the creative fields of learning, media, advertising, and communications. - Sound knowledge of e-learning and SCORM/AICC standards. - Strong understanding of learning design and development, learning architecture, and various rapid authoring tools. - Excellent analytical skills, integrated business perspective, and effective communication abilities in visual, oral, and written formats. - Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
