Job Description

As a Graphic Designer - Analyst within the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at the S&C Global Network, you will be involved in assisting clients from diverse industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to devise innovative learning strategies and solutions while supporting clients in navigating organizational changes and transitions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce. Your main duties will include creating user-friendly learning experiences tailored to client and business needs, proposing and executing effective training solutions, and providing assistance throughout project development, integration, and deployment phases. You will independently design and develop various media projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for complex assignments. Additionally, you will collaborate with communication consultants and instructional designers to conceptualize and visualize graphics and instructional media. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in a range of design tools, including eLearning, motion graphics, marketing communication, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, and other performance support tools is essential. You should also demonstrate the ability to create videos using rapid video authoring tools like Vyond, Video Scribe, and Powtoon. Ideal candidates will hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Graphic Design, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in creative fields related to learning, media, advertising, or communications. A solid understanding of e-learning, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design and development, learning architecture, and rapid authoring tools is required. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, effective communication abilities, and cross-cultural competency are vital for success in this role.
