As an Individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for developing quality test cases and executing them. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing quality test cases and executing them - Executing Automation cases for new requirements and existing regression - Identifying and analyzing existing tool sets for potential reuse in Automation - Contributing to effort estimation process, framework design, and promptly highlighting any delays or issues - Ensuring Automation is utilized during regular releases - Rigorously testing test builds - Understanding Objectives of Non-Functional Testing and devising an appropriate strategy with a plan of action - Proactively engaging and communicating with other teams like Development and Operations as necessary Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science discipline or similar - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance - Basic understanding of the Investment Banking domain - Troubleshooting skills using UNIX, SQL, and FIX are advantageous - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills in English - Ability to work well within a team - Capable of working under a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision,
